As an Administrative Assistant, you will proactively support a Senior Manager and her manager's team to ensure the teams's success, making a significant contribution to the achievement of objectives while developing in a dynamic and evolving environment.
**Your role**
- Provide administrative support to the team in the organisation of internal and external meetings (with partners) and assist in the organisation of some team events and activities.
- Organise the Senior Manager, schedule appointments and coordinate the logistics of business travel for the whole unit and preparing and submitting expense reports.
- Coordinate activities related to employee hiring and departure processes for all teams.
- Play an active role in improving the department's administrative operations and developing internal procedures and processes.
- Draft, revise or improve letters and documents and prepare or improve the layout of presentations.
- Be proficient in all the basic software required for your role like Sharepoint, Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint....
- Interact primarily with managers working with the Senior Director by providing information on files, mandates and timelines or referring them to the appropriate resource.
- Interpret requests to the Senior Director by identifying stakeholders needs and taking action in certain cases.

**Competences required**
- High Schol diploma and 3.5 years of relevant experience or completed one-year college degree or academic equivalent, related to the industry, and 1.5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to deal with urgent situations
- Excellent analytical skills and sense of initiative
**Preferred skills**
- Ability to adapt quickly, proactivity and good collaborative approach
- Relational skills (interpersonal skills and customer focus)
- Bilingualism (spoken/written) in French and English
