Sales Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process orders, enter purchasing/order data, and maintain the CRM database.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and expand the market.
- Monitor delivery of shipments from overseas plants, communicate and coordinate with production teams in various locations in Asia, and keep customers updated.
- Ensure all required information is collected and verified for accuracy, create and deliver invoices to customers.
- Engage with various departments to resolve issues promptly.
- Facilitate and coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.
- Assist in sales and marketing activities to promote the company's products and services within the industry.
- Assist in warehouse duties, such as arranging samples and preparing shipments.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
