  • Deliver exceptional service by identifying customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Accurately process transactions and maintain organized, up-to-date customer records in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with fellow Customer Sales Coordinators and management to ensure quick, efficient resolution of customer issues.
  • Follow all company guidelines and compliance standards to protect customer privacy and maintain professional integrity.
  • Support customer retention by delivering consistent follow-up and outstanding service experiences.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-driven workplace culture by bringing energy, accountability, and initiative every day.

What We're Looking For in a Customer Sales Coordinator

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • A Customer Sales Coordinator who demonstrates empathy, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and sales or customer service software.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, when needed.
