Are you a people-person with a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for an enthusiastic and solution-oriented Customer Sales Coordinator to join our fast-paced and collaborative team.

As a Customer Sales Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers—resolving issues, answering questions, and providing helpful guidance that builds trust and loyalty. You'll represent well-known clients in the telecommunications and technology industry, connecting customer needs with reliable business solutions that improve their everyday lives.

Whether you're assisting with account questions, explaining product features, completing sales transactions in our POS system, or troubleshooting concerns, your ability to communicate clearly and empathetically will define your success as a Customer Sales Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Sales Coordinator

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing assistance with billing, product information, service upgrades, account changes, and troubleshooting.
  • Deliver exceptional service by identifying customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Accurately process transactions and maintain organized, up-to-date customer records in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with fellow Customer Sales Coordinators and management to ensure quick, efficient resolution of customer issues.
  • Follow all company guidelines and compliance standards to protect customer privacy and maintain professional integrity.
  • Support customer retention by delivering consistent follow-up and outstanding service experiences.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-driven workplace culture by bringing energy, accountability, and initiative every day.

What We're Looking For in a Customer Sales Coordinator

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • A Customer Sales Coordinator who demonstrates empathy, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and sales or customer service software.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
