**Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify and target new business opportunities through both traditional and digital channels, including networking, events, and online outreach. Develop and execute strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.
- **Client Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with both new and existing clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, guiding clients through the initial inquiry, proposal process, and beyond to ensure a seamless experience.
- **Customized Proposals & Presentations**: Design and present creative, customized proposals to showcase how Finesse Decor can transform their event. Focus on translating client needs into unique decor concepts.
- **Sales Strategy & Targets**: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking and reporting progress.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Work with clients to finalize contracts, negotiate terms, and close deals. Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm throughout the sales process.
- **Event Consultations**: Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their vision and objectives. Offer tailored decor solutions that fit both their aesthetic and budget.

**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Identity & Positioning**: Work with the team to strengthen the Finesse Decor brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels, from digital content to in-person interactions.
- **Social Media & Online Presence**: Lead social media campaigns, creating engaging posts, stories, and ads that showcase our latest projects, behind-the-scenes design processes, and client testimonials. Grow our online community across all digital platforms.
- **Digital Marketing & SEO**: Optimize the website for search engines and implement advertising strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase visibility for our services.
- **Event Marketing & Partnerships**: Plan and execute marketing strategies for trade shows, expos, and events. Build relationships with event planners, venues, and vendors to maximize brand exposure and partnerships.
- **Market Research & Trend Analysis**: Stay ahead of industry trends, track the market, and analyze client feedback to continually refine our marketing strategies and sales approach.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years in sales and marketing, with a proven track record in the event, hospitality, or creative industries.
- **Sales Savvy**: Strong experience in generating and converting leads, managing sales cycles, and achieving sales targets. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- **Creative Mindset**: A natural storyteller with the ability to translate artistic concepts into engaging sales presentations and marketing campaigns. An eye for design is a must.
- **Digital Expertise**: Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, content management systems) and social media management platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- **Content Creation**:Experience creating creative and informative content for social media platforms that builds brand presence and sales leads.
