**Apollo Stone Art** is a **trusted supplier of professional diamond tools** for the **stone, tile, and concrete industries**. We’re currently seeking a **responsible, driven, and team-oriented Marketing & Sales Coordinator**who is ready to take initiative and grow with us in a fast-paced environment.

This is a **hybrid role** combining sales and marketing coordination—ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, promoting products, and helping a business thrive.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Develop and cultivate **strong buying relationships with customers**:

- Ensure **high levels of customer satisfaction** through excellent sales service
- Take customer orders, **process sales transactions**, and **arrange shipments**:

- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotions
- Engage with customers in-store and online to support product education and inquiries
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align messaging and maximize sales impact

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or higher required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field)
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Confident, friendly, and sales-focused attitude
- Second language is a bonus
- Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly
- Positive, collaborative mindset

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
