We are currently looking for a self-motivated and dynamic Branch Operations Coordinator demonstrating the capacity to learn quickly and master new skills.

Position Location: Emerald Park, SK

Key responsibilities will include:

- Create & Manage new purchase orders or transfer orders for standard & custom products
- Arrange incoming logistics where required
- Manage Receiving Process & Team
- Receive & Inspect Incoming Rental Returns
- Perform product assembly and modifications if required
- Assist with inventory cycle counts as directed by National Operations Manager
- Manage Shipping Process & Team
- Arrange outgoing logistics
- Competence with MS Office suite required, Acumatica ERP system experience is a plus
- 2 to 4 years of work experience in a similar environment
- Ability to safely operate a forklift
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Works well under pressure with ability to problem solve and make decisions
- Competent in obtaining shipping quotes for product components and other commodities.

We are currently looking for a self-motivated and dynamic Customer Service and Inside sales professional demonstrating the capacity to learn quickly and master new skills.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Outreach to existing customers to introduce our products and grow our business.
- Quote Generation - produces quotes for standard products for outside customer requests and from sales staff.
- Processes Sales Orders - gathers all necessary information to process orders for standard product within ERP within agreed timeframe.
- Provides incoming phone & web support.
- Resolves customer issues
- Keeps customer informed as to changes to order status.
- Records all interaction within CRM and/or ERP
- Competent with MS Office suite, HubSpot CRM, Acumatica ERP.
- Competent in obtaining shipping quotes for product components and other commodities.
