**Overview**
The Promo Addict Inc. is looking for a hands-on, detail-driven **Production Coordinator** to take charge of our in-house production department. This is a unique role that blends creativity, technical skill, organization, and leadership—perfect for someone who thrives on bringing custom merchandise to life while keeping operations running smoothly.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Operate and maintain our Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printer for high-quality apparel printing.
- Create and manage production dockets to keep orders on track and organized.
- Design and deliver accurate customer proofs with a focus on branding and clarity.
- Oversee and support the production team, providing clear direction and quality control.
- Coordinate closely with the sales and admin teams to ensure smooth handoff from order intake to delivery.
- Monitor inventory and supplies to keep production efficient and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment.

**Who You Are**:

- Experienced with DTG printing, heat pressing, or eager to learn both.
- Confident leading and motivating a small team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Comfortable using basic graphic design software like Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong communicator and problem-solver who takes pride in delivering excellent work.
