**About Us**:
Full Throttle Power Sports is Atlantic Canada's largest well established BRP dealership, that is successful, locally owned and leading in the powersports industry, specializing in Can Am motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs (side by sides), Ski Doo snowmobiles, Sea Doo watercraft and more. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge while maintaining a fun and dynamic work environment.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the parts department
- Supervise, train, and support parts staff
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular stock audits
- Source and order OEM and aftermarket parts
- Work closely with service and sales departments to fulfill internal parts needs
- Ensure timely and accurate customer orders
- Monitor department metrics and drive profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in parts management or inventory control, preferably in the powersports, automotive, or motorsports industry
- Strong knowledge of powersports vehicles and components
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient with inventory management software and dealership management systems (DMS)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with BRP, Polaris, Yamaha, Honda, Can-Am, or similar brands
- Familiarity with Lightspeed, CDK, or comparable DMS software
- Attitude to succeed

Wages are commensurate with experience.

Pay: $63,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
