We are currently seeking a **Parts Counter Person** to join our team in **Dartmouth. **This is a full-time, permanent position.

**Details**:

- Identify customer needs and opportunities to upsell products to better serve the customer.
- Prepare and process documentation for purchases, returns, and warranties.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized parts area.
- Communicate and work with counter, warehouse, and technician staff in a team environment.
- Perform occasional warehouse duties as required.
- Continuously improve parts and industry knowledge through research and training

**Requirements**:

- Experience in parts counter sales in the heavy-duty truck and trailer industry preferred.
- Previous counter experience in an automotive parts department role or equivalent is an asset.
- Demonstrated industry knowledge of parts department procedures, materials, and software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with inventory control software.
- Standing and some moderate to heavy lifting (up to 80 pounds).
