**PARTS MANAGER**
**Location: Dartmouth, NS**

This position is vital to the dealership in achieving parts sales and ensuring profitable operations of the parts department.

**Responsibilities**:
**Personnel**
- Hiring and training of new employees
- All aspects of payroll (timecards, time off requests, scheduling)
- Develop and direct all Parts employees to ensure they meet their assigned sales targets.
- Performance reviews
- Ensure the training of all Parts personnel are current and up to date.

**Daily**
- Place daily emergency and direct ship orders.
- Monitor DIA and ensure adequate stocking levels.
- Direct ship orders
- Review Overrides
- Review Accounts Payable Invoices

**Inventory**
- Manage all aspects of inventory no bin locations, obsolete parts, cycle counts and yearly inventory.

**Financial**
- Assist in development, analyze, and control the budgets for Parts being financially responsible.
- Review Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Sales Targets and Expense Controls
- Monthly financial review with Chief Financial Officer and Director of Operations, NB

**Other**
- Warehouse supervision - shipping/receiving.
- Cores management and warranty parts returns
- Request SPAs from Navistar and monitor for payment
- Maintain stock and cleanliness in show room.
- Ensure all customers get first rate customer service.
- Maintain Navistar Training
- Adhere to all ECI and Safety policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
