**Parts for Trucks **has been an industry leader providing parts and service to the heavy-duty trucking industry for over 100 years. Operating 32 sales / warehouse outlets and 15 service facilities from coast to coast, **Parts for Trucks** offers a complete range of products and services for all makes of trucks and trailers.
We are currently seeking a **Project & Integration Manager** to join our growing national organization. This is a full-time, permanent position based in **Dartmouth, NS**.
**Details**:
- Work with key stakeholders to create business plans and lead the integration of a variety of business processes across the organization.
- Plan and maintain project timelines, milestones and requirements using project management techniques and software tools.
- Communicate and collaborate with team members to designate tasks, determine resource needs, track progress and project costs.
- Initial project focus will involve implementation of a new ERP (enterprise resource planning) system, post-acquisition evaluation and guidance to achieve synergies, and planning for additional business locations.
- Develop and implement process improvement programs based on Lean Six Sigma methods.
**Requirements**:
- An industrial engineering degree OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certification in PMP and Lean Six Sigma preferred (or in progress).
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, along with mature judgement and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- High level of competence with Microsoft Office tools, including Ms Project, and other business management technology.
