Due to our recent growth, we are looking for a detailed-orientated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team.

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk at Parts for Trucks, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of the organization by managing and processing all aspects of accounts receivable. You will work closely with the finance team to contribute to the overall efficiency of the department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record and post customer payments in a timely manner.
- Reconcile discrepancies and resolve issues related to payments.
- Interact with customers to address inquiries and resolve billing-related concerns.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure prompt payment and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily cheque deposits.
- Monitor and follow-up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payment.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts receivable records.
- Perform other related tasks and projects as required.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or coursework in accounting or finance is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
