**Overview of the Position**

As part of the Finance team, the Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing domestic trade, freight and expense payable invoices from vendors, and Princess Auto’s stores and Home Office.

A typical day will be spent working as part of a team that receives, reconciles and processes invoices while ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures. You will match invoice details to purchase orders, prepare invoices for entry, assist in coordinating payment processing and maintain accurate vendor information and accounts payable. Using an electronic expense management system, you will process Team Member expense reports ensuring compliance with expense policies and accurate processing of related payments.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

- Have 6 months accounts payable experience; post-secondary education in a related field will be considered an asset
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office
