**Accounts Payable Clerk**

We are looking for an
**Accounts Payable Clerk** to join our Winnipeg team. Reporting into the Assistant Controller, this position will support entering invoices, processing cheques, reconciling vendor statements, credit card reconciliations, schedule maintenance, and journal entries. We are looking for an individual who is self-driven, results-focused and possesses an exceptional entrepreneurial spirit.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Entering payable invoices
- Reconciling vendor statements
- Processing of manual on demand cheques
- Processing of vendor cheque runs
- Posting and reconciling monthly credit card expenses
- Cleaning and maintaining of various schedules
- Filing, electronic filing, scanning, and tracking of documents
- Creating, editing, and formatting various documents and correspondence
- Completing other administrative tasks as assigned by the leadership team

**Your Capabilities and Credentials**:

- Minimum two (2) year of experience in an accounts payable position, preferably in the automotive industry
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience with CDK considered an asset
- Excellent discretion and judgment in carrying out responsibilities and resolving day-to-day matters
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Creative problem solver who works in a professional and ethical manner
