We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in an Accounts Payable Clerk role.

**Role Description**

The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing invoices and payments in a timely manner, developing vendor relationships, and reconciling vendor accounts.

**Your Key Responsibilities May Include**
- Verify and send invoices for approval through Metaviewer
- Code proper accounts on invoices and ensure appropriate back up is attached
- Process manual cheque runs, EFT, ACH and Wire payments for vendors
- Respond to inquiries from vendors and customers in a professional, cooperative and efficient manner
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Other duties as required or assigned

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk
- Knowledge of Metaviewer and Great Plains is an asset
- Strong, demonstrated organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Hours of Work & Location**
- Full Time - Monday to Friday

Pay: $43,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
