**POSITION: Human Resources Officer (Comp. # 2024-97)**

**LOCATION**:Human Resources, Oxford County Administration Building

**EMPLOYMENT STATUS**: Temporary Full-time (approximately 10 months)

**REPORTING TO**: Senior Partner, HR & Talent

**UNION AFFILIATION**:Non-Union

**WAGE RATE**: $31.32/hr - $39.15/hr

Provides professional and confidential support in the administration of County programs which relate to employee and labour relations, employee records and administration, benefits and pension administration, talent acquisition, learning and development, health and safety, employee disability management and wellness.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Completion of relevant post-secondary education in human resources and/or labour relations.
- Demonstrated experience working in Human Resources utilizing a Human Resources Information System, preferably within a unionized environment. Experience working in a municipality or broader public service is an asset.
- Certified Human Resources Leader Professional or Leader (CHRP/CHRL) designation is an asset.

**POSTING DATE: Friday, September 27th, 2024**

**CLOSING DATE: Friday, October 4th, 2024 by 4:00 p.m**

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 10 months

Pay: $31.32-$39.15 per hour
