**Requirements**:

- Solid experience in administration and good understanding of customer service environments
- Completion of a one
- or two-year college or other administrative related program
- Experience in Zendesk and Microsoft Office Products a definite asset
- Demonstrated loyalty in previous positions
- Self-starter and reliable; be able to work under mínimal supervision with good problem solving skills
- Superior verbal communication skills and excellent command of English
- Highly organized and detail oriented to ensure perfect service every time
- At complete ease in computerized environment with strong computer skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide complete administrative support, work cross-functionally across the organization
- Input payments and onboarding new clients
- Working on support tickets with the IT team
- Monthly billing and maintain records and files on computer system
- Assist in all aspects of the contact center administration duties whenever needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.50-$19.00 per hour
