Administrative Assistant

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to ensure an efficient operation.
- Handle customer inquiries, help customers through our process, and provide exceptional customer support
- Navigate and work with our CRM software
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including managing invoices and financial records using QuickBooks
- Request building permits, and wiring permits. Navigate township permit requirements
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve overall efficiency
- Work PV system design software and estimation procedures.
- Assist with scheduling projects, communication with the installation team.
**Requirements**:
- Previous administrative experience is preferred, with a focus on clerical duties
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with data entry and filing systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience working in the construction industry is an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
