**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- MUST Speak Vietnamese, Chinese and English.
- Proficiency on Microsoft Office excel & words.
- Arranging & Coordinating all aspects of group travel, including booking hotels, transportations and activities etc.
- Preparing daily tour assignments including tour group manifests, attractions reservation, vehicle allocations, itinerary changes, Driver order, hotel allocations, and specific guest requirements.
- Negotiating with hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, and other businesses to secure the best possible rates.
- Bookings, database management and entry, invoicing, guest details.
- Reviewing all travel documents to ensure that all details are correct before finalizing arrangements.
- Updating clients during the trip regarding any changes in schedules or itineraries
- Managing the group’s schedule, including booking appointments with local merchants or businesses.
- Communicating with clients and providing them with information about travel plans and activities
- Dealing with and documenting complaints in an efficient and diplomatic manner.
- Providing information about hotels, restaurants, entertainment options, and other travel-related topics.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Exceptional customer service skills

Previous experience as a Travel Agent is an asset

Self-motivated with effective time management skills, able to manage a varied workload

Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Good problem solving ability, attentive to detail

- 必須懂越南文, 中文 (普通話/廣東話)和英文
- 精通辦公軟件 Excel 和 Word。

Pay: $17.20-$23.00 per hour
