Here is some of your duty as Tour operator:
Booking and research on hotels about large/small group room blockage.

Contact, arrange and book with tour coach bus company.

Contact, assist and assign duties to Tour guides.

Research and design tour itinerary as a group.

Assist passengers to satisfy their travel requirement (such as travel visa, online check-in, etc)

**Requirements**:
1. At least 3 Years of experience in Tour Operation is mandatory.

2. Fluent in spoken and written English. Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) is a strong asset.

3. Strong communication skills and market awareness.

4. Exceptional customer service skills.

5. Proficiency working with Excel.

6. Communications. Ongoing communications with guide and operations management team - Creating Trip manifests (Guest Details)

7. Office Management. Proficiency with Gmail, Google Docs and Microsoft office, etc.

We will provide training if you have no experience. :)

- 辦公室管理。熟練運用Gmail、Google文檔和微軟辦公軟件等。

Pay: $16.55-$32.81 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week

- Tour operator: 3 years (required)
