If you are passionate about working in a culture that promotes growth and creativity, developing new products that engage and provide an enhanced customer experience - keep reading. **Responsibilities**: - Develop the merchant services and POS product vision, strategy, value proposition, and the end-to-end customer journey and roadmap. - Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the POS products - from problem identification to product launch, you will work cross-functionally to understand business pain points, develop & execute the vision, and ensure enablement both internally and externally. - Overall P&L responsibility, including development and management of annual plans, driving business performance via campaigns and identifying levers for improving profitability. - Define and drive channel strategy and optimization across external and internal channels and assigns respective budget allocations for areas such as legal, risk, operations, marketing, and technology and other associated product costs. - Develop, assess and execute on tactics and new business opportunities to grow the merchant services and POS business, including management of card associations (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Interac), alternate payments (Google Pay, Android Pay, Ali Pay, We Chat Pay), banking, technology and retail partnerships. - Collaborates closely with marketing, operations, finance, technology and risk to drive new acquisition, retention and upsell. - Defines product value proposition and promotional offers with a deep understanding of the market and competition. Oversees product research associated with competitive offers, consumer trends and macro influences. - Oversee business led projects and accountable for execution and results. - Build and lead a team, including, providing developmental support and coaching to direct reports and colleagues. - Ensure LiveVie remains in compliance, and is aware of relating banking, merchant acquiring and regulatory requirements. **Qualifications**: - 15+ years of experience with a focus in payments, financial institutions - 5+ years in a senior leadership position with strong people and budget managing experience - Strong understanding of technology with a passion for digital and mobile first initiatives - BA Degree or higher in business, marketing, computer science or a related field Our Offer: Joining LiveVie will allow you to embark on a great journey with career development in a respected FinTech Startup (Canada First, USA Second).
