**Role Overview**:
As a Product Manager - Frontend and Acquisition, you will play a critical role in driving the technical delivery of key frontend features and acquisition enhancements from ideation to production. You will work closely with the Head of Product and collaborate across teams, including internal and external stakeholders, UX/UI designers, product managers, developers, and QA teams, to ensure successful production releases. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the product roadmap, ensuring that delivery teams are focused on the highest-value initiatives that align with business goals. By facilitating clear communication and collaboration, you will help optimize the customer experience on our gaming platform while supporting growth in acquisition metrics like conversion rates, signups, and first-time depositors (FTDs). Additionally, you will oversee the product development lifecycle, making data-driven decisions to drive product success and continuously improve our processes.

- Own and manage roadmaps across the frontend and acquisition verticals, working closely with stakeholders to gather essential data and align with company strategies. Translate concepts and ideas into strategically prioritized features across multiple departments within the Pinnacle delivery framework..
- Utilize data insights and qualitative feedback to guide product development, ensuring decisions are data-informed and support the company's growth goals.ommunicate regularly with clients to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and propose effective solutions during product discussions. Ensure stakeholder expectations are met and deliverables align with overall objectives. Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to enhance the customer experience on the Pinnacle website, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and intuitive experience for customers.
- Partner with acquisition teams to enhance conversion rates, signups, and FTDs through innovative feature development. Support an iterative, cross-functional product development lifecycle, ensuring smooth team coordination during releases. Manage the full product development process, from ideation to post-launch reviews, focusing on continuous improvement and optimization. Facilitate team meetings, including iteration planning, standups, scrums, retrospectives, and inter-team discussions like roadmap and release planning. Assist with software quality assurance and user acceptance testing in all necessary environments.
- Provide guidance and training to stakeholders following product implementations, as needed. Stay aligned with business strategies, ensuring teams remain focused on tasks that advance the company's goals. Conduct market research, staying updated on industry trends and identifying valuable features that enhance product offerings. Coordinate efforts across departments to ensure smooth product releases, clear communication, and on-time delivery of cohesive solutions. Collaborate with BI and stakeholders to define KPIs and assess the success of delivered features.
- Support delivery teams in improving processes and enhancing efficiency.

**Experience and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field is advantageous.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager, ideally within an online gaming company, with an in-depth understanding of sports betting.
- Experience with software product development methodologies, including proficiency with Jira software.
- Strong understanding of frontend technologies, user experience, and acquisition strategies.
- Experience in data-driven product management, including setting KPIs and using analytics to drive decisions.
- Experience with acquisition tools, technologies, and tactics to optimize customer conversion and retention.
- Experience in digital marketing is highly advantageous
