About Us:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support the head baker on overseeing all daily bread production
- Train, guide and support team to maintain constant techniques and product quality
- Complete staffing and production schedules in Head Baker’s absence
- Follow production schedules and recipes accurately, including measuring, mixing, shaping, proofing and baking.
- Manage dough through all stages, from fermentation to final baking and packaging.
- Work efficiently in a high volume, face-paced environment while multitasking.
- Communicate clearly with the Head Baker and team on daily needs, challenges and improvements.
- Confidently suggest improvements to production systems, workflow, and product quality.
- Meet tight production deadlines to delivery schedules.
- Lift up to 40 lbs independently on occasion.
- Open or close the bakery production area as required
- Work overnight shifts as needed.

Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience working with sourdough, brioche, and artisan bread production.
- Proven experience in a leadership, supervisory, or senior baker role.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead with clarity and calm.
- Food Handler’s certification required.
- Passionate about bread & supporting a positive team culture

**Job Type**: Permanent

Schedule: Weekend + night shift availability required

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
