**Office Administrator duties**:

- Manage boardroom bookings, partner meetings
- Editing client letters and printing them on company letterhead
- Preparing Financial Statement packages and efiling corporate tax returns on a timely basis
- Assembling personal tax return packages
- Filing of client information on a periodic basis
- Project job tracking assistance using client management software

**Executive Assistant duties**:

- Assist in managing project and staffing schedules
- Respond to all enquiries in a timely manner or assign to appropriate team members where required
- Communication and follow up with Client(s) as required
- General Executive Administrative tasks
- Other duties and projects as requested to assist the firm
- Calendar management and meeting coordination
- Assist with Canada Revenue Agency filings

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working within a corporate environment
- Proficiency with MS Office (including Word and Excel)
- Previous experience with accounting programs, including CaseWare and/or Taxprep (or other tax software) would be beneficial but not mandatory
- Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Outstanding client/customer service skills
- A high aptitude to learn computer programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience in maintaining organized and efficient filing systems
- High degree of tact, diplomacy, and absolute discretion

Pay: $24.00-$29.00 per hour
