**Position**:
We are looking for an **Executive Assistant** to join our team. Reporting to the Manager of Finance and Administration, you have a passion for organization, love to support others, and have a keen eye for detail. You will be the management team’s right-hand person who enables them to advance company goals.
- Has a professional and mature demeanor with a commitment to confidentiality.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Is adaptable to changing needs and able to multitask effectively.
- Is detail oriented with strong organizational and numeracy skills.
- Can be reliable and flexible to travel when required.
- Has excellent time management and a strong ability to prioritize work when under pressure.
- Is a positive contributor to the office environment.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Experience working in a role requiring confidentiality.
- Administrative experience supporting busy executives.
- Customer service experience with strong interpersonal skills.
- Creative design skills using desktop publishing software.
- Some basic bookkeeping experience (preferred).
- Switchboard experience an asset.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Valid BC driving license.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.

**You will**:

- Support general office operations and working environment of Head Office.
- Provide manager support with data entry and document uploads to multiple software databases.
- Support the accounting office with accounts payables and expense management.
- Support the HR Manager with employee file management.
- Support the CEO with calendar management and written communications.
- Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and take detailed minutes at internal and external meetings.
- Create and distribute the monthly employee newsletter.
- Arrange and coordinate travel for the CEO.
- Running errands as required.
- Switchboard of the office phone line.
- Greet and provide general support to office visitors.

**Compensation**:
This is a permanent year-round position with a competitive annual salary of $55,000 - $60,000.

**Schedule**:

- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Monday to Friday
