As a Social Media and Web Specialist, you will join our team to support our mission of designing and installing residential and commercial solar projects, energy storage solutions, Tesla Powerwall installations, electric vehicle (EV) chargers, off-grid solar, and general electrical services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and more.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging social media content (e.g., posts, stories, videos, live streams) that aligns with the brand's voice, values, and marketing objectives.
- Design, produce, and edit high-quality graphics, photos, videos, and animations to support social media and web campaigns.
- Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly for visitors.
- Write and edit compelling business communications for social media, website, and other digital channels.
- Monitor, measure, and analyze social media and website metrics to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay current with emerging social media trends, best practices, and technologies, and recommend new strategies, tools, and platforms.
- Capture, edit, and produce photos and videos for marketing campaigns and company events.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field from an accredited institute.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, website design/maintenance, graphic design, photography, videography, business writing, and social media monitoring.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement, growth, and conversions.
- Advanced skills in graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, HTML/CSS, and website development platforms such as WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience in writing for social media, websites, blogs, and other digital channels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
