Sales Executive

**Job Summary**
**Duties**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand client needs.
- Engage in inside sales activities, including telemarketing, to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual benefit.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that resonate with potential customers.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote products and services.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and effectively communicating benefits to clients.
**Skills**:
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Proven experience in inside sales or technology sales, preferably within a technical or software environment.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with clients.
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and best practices.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems for managing customer relationships.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Strong business development skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
