**Summary**
This position will assist with developing, implementing and optimizing Cooler Master’s Solution with a growth strategy through partnerships to drive customer acquisition and revenue for our products and new business initiatives in Canada.
As a core member of the team, this person will be shaping the future of Cooler Master’s leader in Canara and working directly with executives and senior leaders on business deals that drive growth and innovation for our customers.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to evaluate, define and negotiate new partnership opportunities and to work closely with internal teams on bringing the new partnerships to market.
**Role & Responsibilities**: **(include but are not limited to the following)**:
- Provides market insights - pricing advocacy - business control product line development - communication, and sales support
- Lead the sales process in renewals and up-sell opportunities
- Provides prescriptive feedback to the global product team to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate and drive alignment of multiple marketing strategies to drive awareness.
- Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth
- Develop, manage, and nurture relationships with accounts, increasing their affinity for their products, adding new contracts, and the likelihood of renewals
- Monitor account satisfaction and identify customer problems; coordinate with Customer Engagement to remedy situations
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date expert understanding of assigned account solutions and understanding of relevant competitor solutions
- Research and actively identify emerging trends that influence our client's value proposition
- Other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Up to 30% of travel
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of experience in business development /account management.
- Experience in PC hardware, components, electronics or another fast innovative field
- Experience working with retail channels is a plus, including Amazon, Best Buy, NewEgg and etc.
- Working experience in Canada with National Distributor, (Ingram Micro, D&H) & VAR community
- Demonstrable record of accomplishment of developing closing strategic deals that have made major impacts for organizations and achieved strong outcomes business results.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Experience in developing leads and researching potential clients.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction

- Bilingual in English/Cantonese is beneficial
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
