We are seeking an Office Administrator with a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in a law firm. This is a remote position - you will be providing virtual support to our lawyers in Vancouver and Kelowna from your home office (we can provide you with office equipment).

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience working in an office administrator position, preferably in a law firm.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to quickly and easily build rapport with people.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organized and the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
- Effective use of Microsoft Office.
- The usual attributes that make a person successful in life: thoughtfulness, attention to detail, kindness, ability to solve problems, and a desire to continuously improve.

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling: Scheduling meetings with clients, scheduling deliveries with third parties, scheduling filing of court documents.
- Accounts: Sending statement of accounts to clients, following up on accounts receivables, processing payments and keeping track of payments made.
- Organizing: Assisting the lawyers with organizing their practices from an administrative perspective - opening files, closing files, communicating with clients, ordering supplies, communicating with third parties.
