Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Rental Agent. As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their rental needs and ensuring a positive experience throughout the rental process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong customer service and administrative skills.

**Duties**:

- Greet and assist customers in person or over the phone with their rental inquiries
- Provide information on available rental units, pricing, and lease terms
- Conduct property tours to showcase available units to potential tenants
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting unit inspections
- Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues that may arise during the rental period
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions, tenant interactions, and maintenance requests
- Utilize property management software (such as Yardi) for data entry and record keeping
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure lease agreements with tenants
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with property management software (such as Yardi) is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional customer service practices

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $17.22-$18.22 per hour

Expected hours: 17.20 per week

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
