Core responsibilities include: Leasing & Tenant Support: Greet prospects, book viewings, and manage rental applications and lease agreements. Ensure suites are move-in ready and assist with meter readings at occupancy. Marketing Events: Attend, host, and represent the company at marketing events such as open houses or grand openings, including events that may fall outside of regular working hours. Cleanliness and Suite Readiness: Assist management in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and upkeep throughout the property, including the office, show suite, common areas, and lobby. Ensure your own workspace and the show suite remain clean and promptly report any areas requiring attention from the cleaning staff. Admin & Coordination: Update availability, support advertising efforts, and coordinate with Head Office. Professionalism: Represent the company professionally at all times. Must-Have Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in apartment leasing. Minimum 3 years in a customer service or sales role providing high-quality service. Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical thinking, planning, and time management skills. Valid Class 5 driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle (travel between properties required).
