**Join The Business Inn & Suites team**

Located at 180 Maclaren Street (off Elgin Street), we are seeking a **full-time Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor** for 5 shifts/40 hours weekly.

**Use of**:

- Multi-line telephone switchboard
- Cloud Beds computerized hotel system and running night audit procedures.

**Tasks**:

- Register arriving guests and assign rooms
- Process departing guests
- Take, cancel and change room reservations
- Process telephone calls
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services
- Provide general information about points of interest in the area
- Process wake-up calls
- Calculate charges and receive payments
- Balance cash and complete reports and related forms
- Monitor and assist with 3rd party website bookings and updating inventory levels.
- Assign housekeeping room cleaning lists on internal software.
