**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Audit & Financial Reporting:

- Perform end-of-day procedures, including balancing and auditing room revenue, food and beverage revenue, and cashier reports.
- Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to management.
- Reconcile credit card transactions, process payments, and ensure accurate billing.
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate with local authorities if necessary.
- Follow all safety protocols and report any safety hazards or incidents to management.

Guest Services:

- Serve as the main point of contact for guests during overnight hours, assisting with check-in, check-outs.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure a pleasant stay.

**Qualifications**
- High school graduation or equivalent required.
- Previous hotel front desk and night auditor experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision during nighttime hours.

Preferred:

- Ability work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a guest-focused approach.
- Bilingual capabilities (English and French) are an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.62-$23.90 per hour
