**Meet Novus Automotive**: In 2024, we launched a forward-thinking dealership brand that encompasses six dealerships across the Durham Region, including Clarington Kia. We are Novus Automotive, dedicated to reshaping the relationship between dealerships and drivers by crafting seamless experiences that bring peace of mind to the road.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Build Relationships**: Create lasting connections with guests, assisting them in selecting the perfect vehicle from our extensive inventory that suits their needs.
- **Sales & Leasing**: Conduct vehicle sales and leasing in compliance with OMVIC regulations and dealership procedures, striving to increase sales volume.
- **Guest Interaction**: Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally and positively, providing an exceptional customer experience.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our current vehicle inventory and deliver knowledgeable product demonstrations.
- **Vehicle Demonstrations**: Perform high-quality, professional vehicle demonstrations to help guests make informed decisions.
- **Guest Satisfaction**: Follow up with delivered vehicles to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
- **Additional Duties**: Take on other sales-related tasks and projects as assigned by management.
**What you will bring**:
- Previous automotive sales experience.
- Must have a valid Ontario Class ‘G’ Driver’s license.
- Must have a valid OMVIC license.
- Professional conduct demonstrated through self-driven and motivated actions to achieve results.
- Passion for guest satisfaction.
