**What You’ll be Doing**:
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
- Use industry knowledge, expertise, and skills to review multiple data sets and offer insights which can be used to develop action plans and countermeasures for various Parts Operations Teams
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports and performance indicators to locate and correct problems.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
- Work with Team to prioritize business and information needs.
- Provide updates for training content based on current operations requirements and current reporting offerings
- Create and maintain procedural and best-practice documentation.
- Other duties as required.

Stakeholder Training - Parts Operations
- Work with each business unit to ensure access to required reporting programs is accessible and functioning as designed.
- Design Standard Operating Procedures for unique operations reports to support and align work within the teams:
Business Intelligence Warehouse (BI)
Analysis for Excel
Excel Analytics

**What You’ll Bring**:

- University degree or College diploma in a related discipline or equivalent work experience (5 years operations data and analytics)
- Advanced technical skills including - Data Analytics, Power BI, SAP, and SAP Business Intelligence, Advanced MS Office
- Quality focused with excellent attention to detail.
- High degree of personal initiative
- Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
