Marketing, Brand, and Sales Specialist

**Position Overview**:
We're searching for a driven and innovative **Marketing, Brand, and Sales Specialist** to take the reins on shaping our marketing initiatives and elevating our brand presence. This pivotal role combines strategic marketing expertise, hands-on campaign management, and creative problem-solving. You'll play a key role in driving awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth by executing marketing strategies and managing promotional efforts that bring the Volt Raceway experience to life.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
**Marketing Strategy & Execution**
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with Volt Raceway's business goals.
- Develop and oversee integrated campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI and engagement.
- Collaborate with web developers to maintain a current and engaging website presence.
- Manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective initiatives.
**Brand & Customer Engagement**
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials and customer touchpoints.
- Develop loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and long-term engagement.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships and promotions to boost brand visibility.
**Event & Promotional Marketing**
- Collaborate with the events team to create impactful marketing plans for events.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to execute memorable experiences.
- Drive attendance and engagement through targeted event marketing efforts.
**Social Media & Content Management**
- Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy aligned with marketing objectives.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for all platforms.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, adapting strategies as needed.
- Actively engage with followers to foster an active online community.
**Sales & Business Development**
- Identify and secure opportunities with corporate clients for events and sponsorships.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase bookings and event sales.
- Represent Volt Raceway in sales presentations and community networking events.
- Oversee and manage the e-commerce site, ensuring seamless online transactions.
**Creative Content**
- Collaborate with designers to produce high-quality visual assets.
**REQUIREMENTS**
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related role, ideally in the entertainment or hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and content management platforms.
- Hands-on experience in event marketing and vendor coordination.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
