**_Qualifications_**
- Fully bilingual - English & French (required)
- Data Entry (1 year preferred)
- Sales (1 year preferred)
- Experience using Microsoft office suite & Zoom (required)
- Experience with SAGE (preferred)
- Excellent organization & communication skills
- High attention to detail while speaking with customers on the phone
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Works well under pressure & meets deadlines
