**Position Overview**:
KIK Consumer Products is looking for an IT Infrastructure Analyst to provide technical assistance in supporting, corporate systems and Infrastructure. You will help install, upgrade and troubleshoot system hardware including OS, network equipment, as well as data center, communication and cloud technologies.

Partnering with the support team, the Infrastructure Analyst is involved with the identifying, prioritizing, and resolving critical infrastructure related issues that impact business operations. In addition, the Analyst proactively seeks to communicate solutions to network related issues and preferred emerging technologies that can be used to improve the overall health of the company IT infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with technical teams to ensure that hardware and software infrastructure is maintained with latest firmware and software requirements
- Manage basic and expedited support to resolve all infrastructure OS related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve all expedited issues impacting the customers’ and businesses challenges and needs
- Proactively communicate the status, plan of action(s), and resolution(s) of issues
- Monitor and report the performance of network components against KPIs and take preemptive measures to minimize interruptions
- Identify opportunities and recommend solutions for improving the overall network health by assessing overall effectiveness and efficiency
- Evaluate new technologies and platforms to determine whether their applicability aligns with the businesses needs
- Perform on-call duty for non-business hours support

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- University\College degree or equivalent work experience
- Able to identify, prioritize, and solve complex global network-related problems
- Able to work in a fast-paced complex and dynamic environment
- Poise under pressure and comfort with ambiguity

**Skills**
- Understanding of network designs and operations
- Demonstrated experience in the following networking protocols: 802.1x, RSTP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, IPSec, VPN, SIP, DHCP, DNS, SMTP, SSL, SDDC, SDWAN, Wireless, and Network Segmentation
- Demonstrated experience in the following Active Directory, Application Centric Infrastructure, Azure, Cisco Fire Power, Cisco IOS, Cisco UCS, Identity Services Engine, Windows Server, VMWare, O365, MS Exchange, Commvault, Telephony
- Knowledge of firewall configuration and troubleshooting (ACLs, NAT/PAT, SNORT)
- Proficiency with relevant business systems, operating systems, and servers
