**The main responsibilities are**:

- Receive and verify invoices and purchase orders for goods and services
- Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures (Correct G/L allocation)
- Prepare invoices for data entry
- Data enter invoices for payment
- Manage and administer vendor discount and payment terms based on set company criteria
- Manage cheque runs and Visa payments
- Ensure that that all filing is completed in a timely manner
- Set up and manage the Master Purchase Order Drawdown system by project and also alert the estimators or superintendents of any discrepancies
- Support field and office staff with accounting and administrative tasks
- Sort and file Vehicle and Equipment Inspection Reports, compile equipment hours and report to Head Mechanic weekly along with copies of Vehicle Inspection Reports and Equipment Inspection Reports with service requests.
- Answering telephones and directing calls
- Various other tasks as assigned

**Skills/Attributes**:

- Proficient in English
- Drivers’ License
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and with little supervision
- Eager to learn and ask questions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$29.00 per hour
