**In-Person Office Administrator/Receptionist** is responsible for the following:
**Description**
- Responsible for answering incoming calls from financial advisors, clients, and fund companies.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, greeting visitors/guests, and preparing documentation.
- Process the opening of new accounts and input transactions on the back-office system and ensure that the information is complete and accurate.
- Process all fund-related transactions (e.g., set up new accounts, process purchases, transfers, switches, redemptions).
- Description of supporting documents for Trade Suitability.
- Communicate with clients/advisors/fund companies in a timely manner to resolve day-to
- day issues and inquiries relating to accounts, and transactions expeditiously and accurately.
- Responsible for reconciling the client accounts and positions on the dealer’s books and records against those held at the fund company.
- Strive to maintain and exceed the firm’s service standards.

**Qualification**:
- Knowledge of Mutual Funds is essential and Experience with it is an asset.
- Canadian Investments Funds Operation Course/ Canadian Investments Funds Course is preferred.
**Work Experience**:
- Minimum six months to a year of related work experience, preferably within a financial institution.
**Salary**: $37,440.00-$43,680.00 per year
