We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team at Aslan Computer Systems. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between our clients and our internal teams. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain strong relationships with our clients, understand their requirements, and work closely with our technical teams to deliver exceptional services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for their queries and concerns.
- Understand clients' business objectives and IT needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and assess satisfaction levels.
**Coordination and Communication**:
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to coordinate service delivery, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of client issues.
- Communicate client requirements clearly to internal teams and ensure all client-related tasks are prioritized and completed on time.
- Facilitate communication between clients and technical teams, translating technical jargon into understandable terms for clients.
**Account Administration**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contracts, service agreements, and contact information.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals / quotes, contracts, and service agreements.
- Track and manage client billing, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
**Problem Solving**:
- Proactively identify potential issues and bottlenecks in service delivery and work collaboratively with internal teams to address them.
- Provide prompt and effective solutions to client concerns and issues, escalating matters when necessary.
**Reporting and Analysis**:
- Generate regular reports detailing client interactions, feedback, and service delivery metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in client satisfaction and service efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- Hold a certification in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the IT or managed services industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset, effective research skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Familiarity with IT terminology and concepts is an asset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
