**About the role**:
We are seeking Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in London, Ontario. The associate will be responsible for the maintenance of the vendor accounts, ensuring the validity of all charges to the company, and making sure all payments are trusted and accurate. This position is part of the Finance Department and wlll have a hybrid working model.

**What will I do in this role?**
- Process invoices against vendor accounts
- Analyze invoices and expenses for accuracy, and charge to proper cost centers
- Complete payments to vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements to internal reports
- Participate in regular reporting to increase process efficiency
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

**Am I qualified? The essential requirements of the job include**:

- College diploma in accounting or business administration
- 2 or more years of demonstrated accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in MS-Office products, specifically Outlook and Excel

- Experience using an ERP system
