Dillon is looking for an
**Accounts Payable Clerk** for a full-time position to join our multidisciplinary team of professionals. You will have the opportunity to work on new and exciting projects while providing clients with a fully integrated and superior customer experience.

This position is available at our
**London** office.

**Responsibilities**:
**What your day will look like**

**Accounts Payable and Administration**
- Timely and accurately process vendor and subcontractor invoices
- Timely and accurately process internal expense claims
- Assist with accounts payable journal entries
- Organize and maintain accounts payable filing system
- Communicate with project managers, leads, project administrators, and finance staff
- General assistance with other accounting and administrative functions
- Other duties as assigned

- Contribute to Dillon’s corporate profile through active participation in professional associations and committees

Qualifications:
**What you will need to succeed**
- This is an entry level position. New graduates will be considered
- Secondary school diploma or completion of a post-secondary diploma program in business related field

**Experience**:

- Strong computer skills; including Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe
- Established and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
