Duties & Responsibilities:
**As a Payroll Coordinator you will be responsible for the following**:

- Process multiple (50+) bi-weekly payrolls for Canada.
- Maintain employee database in payroll system.
- Prepare and input payroll data for processing.
- Calculate and process adjustments as required.
- Audit and reconcile the payroll entries.
- Prepare ROEs.
- Calculate WSIB remittances.
- Benefits plan administration.
- Respond to payroll and benefits inquiries.
- Prepare monthly journal entries and reconcile the GL accounts.
- Participate and support the team in payroll initiatives.
- Annual T4 reconciliations

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of Canadian payroll experience and handling large volume of pays.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now an asset
- PCP designation, an asset.
- Employment Standards Act knowledge.
- Intermediate excel knowledge.
- Exceptional customer service skills and comfort interacting with individuals at all levels.
- A passion for payroll.
- Ability to work independently - be a self-starter and self-learner and take time to think and take initiative.
