**Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Plastic Surgery/Aesthetic Clinic**

**Location: Burlington, ON**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure all patient demographics are correct and updated as needed
- Manage all incoming calls related to pre-op, post-op and surgery.
- Manage all incoming faxes
- Booking appointments for all providers in the clinic.
- Scan documents for filing in the EMR system.
- Performing financial transactions such as debit, credit card and cash
- Dealing with courier and lab services
- Maintaining cleanliness of reception area, waiting room and patient rooms.
- Other responsibilities as needed

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Previous customer focused role and/or clinic experience in plastic surgery or aesthetics preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills,
- Self-starter, with a proven track record of high performance
- Outstanding communication skills and excellent phone demeanor
- Extremely high proficiency in technology and software programs and the ability to learn new programs quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Engaging personality and optimistic outlook
- EMR experience an asset.
