**Qualifications**:

- Completion of a secretarial arts diploma program or equivalent
- A minimum of five (5) years related work experience
- Experience in the provision of clerical support for medical and clinical staff
- Experience in the preparation and maintenance of clinical records and preparation of medical correspondence
- Experience in reception, scheduling and payroll
- Proficiency with office computer equipment and software including Microsoft Word, Excel, with knowledge of Meditech, CWS, Catalyst - DATIS, StaffRight, GroupWise, Access and web-based data collection systems is required
- Demonstrated experience working with the addiction and mental health client population is essential
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and public relations skills
- Ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team
- Demonstrated regular attendance at work
