**Through the Community Stroke Rehab Funding through Ontario Health, Outpatient Neurology Services is seeking a temporary part time Clerk Typist to provide clerical support to Outpatient Neurology and the Community Stroke Transition Team.**

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma from a College Secretarial Program, preferably Health Care Administration
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Proficiency in Community Wide Scheduling required
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office required
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in providing all clerical support for clinical staff and programming - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated regular attendance at work

**CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT**
- This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.
