**Qualifications**:
**Education/Experience**:

- Two to five years office experience with demonstrated ability to be flexible, organized and self-motivated

**Skills/Abilities**:

- Established clerical support skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in dealing with the public in a mature and helpful manner
- Thorough knowledge and proficiency in producing documents that are professional in appearance
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively
- Ability to work flexible hours

**Assets**:

- Post secondary clerical training an asset
- Computer and software courses an asset

This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.
