KROFT, a DTC furniture manufacturer and brand, is currently seeking an Operations Manager. We are entering our 8th year of businesss with an admirable track record and reputation for quality and execution.

The responsibilities/expectations for this role are as follows:

- Continuous cost cutting initiatives and process analysis to increase margins
- Manage entire order fulfillment process with precision and alacrity
- Manage inventory
- Develop purchasing system/strategy using historical data
- Manage and develop supply chain
- Production management
- All hiring for the woodshop
- Quality control and mechanics/tools to improve quality

This is an all encompassing role. You will be essentially running the operations of the company. If you can be successful at doing this, there will be tremendous room for advancement over the next 2-3 years.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 per year
