**Operations Manager Job Description**

As a valuable member of the leadership team, you will play an integral role in continuing the success of community respiratory care.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, inventory management, warehousing, transportation and customer service
- Establish the required processes and systems to support the automation of the Homecare division’s operations, as well as increase operational efficiency
- Ensure that safety, quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met
- Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements
- Liaise and negotiate with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers
- Manage and develop logistics staff
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Collaborate with all support teams such as the PPC (Patient and Physician Care) team and others to develop plans to meet business objectives

**Qualifications / Requirements**:

- 4+ years of experience working in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations
- 2+ years of management / leadership experience
- Medical services industry experience is an asset
- Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and management principles
- Experience scoping, leading and implementing process improvements through Lean process Kaizen and Six Sigma
- Ability to manage, coach, and provide training for direct reports
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellence in customer service, communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary and Benefits / Why Join Us**

**Salary: $60,000 - 65,000 (40 hours weekly)**
